Soup & Bread 2015: February 4

We’ve had a great January so far, culminating in a wild night this past week that saw not just three birthdays, but eight soups devoured by a hungry and generous mob who, together, donated more than $800 to the Northwestern Settlement House food pantry. Thanks to all who have made this first month such a success.

Now, into February! Month two and week five of Soup & Bread’s seventh season adds up to soup from six new stellar cooks: Come out next Wednesday, February 4, and sip soup from Jenny Hines, Monique Costello, Amanda Radcliffe, Sarah Dandelles, Local Foods’ Lis David, and Tom and Marie Theiss our excellent friend Doug Sohn (Doug had to reschedule). Local Foods’ rep Jamie Proctor DJs, and bread as ever is donated by Publican Quality Meats. Your pay-what-you-can donations go to benefit the Elam Davies Social Service Center.
